Summer 2006: Courses

French Marie starts her truffle courses. The Sunday Telegraph and Radio 4 send reporters to attend some of the courses. They had recognised that she was the only real researcher-grower in the UK. They witness a massive truffle under study, nurtured for months, to create unique teaching material.
