At this point, all our truffles are used for research, inoculation and are not for sale. They are also out of season.

The season and the site description will determine what can be done considering what you wish to achieve. One of our trained dogs will be necessary for some of the tasks.

This work is labour intensive and requires equipment. Many samples taken will need to grow cultures under laboratory conditions as part of the diagnostic testing, it will therefore also take time.

Our collections will help you see and touch. All knowledge acquired has been documented in pictures and/or writings. Training can be carried out, on a one to one basis or for groups of individuals locally or in residential colleges. As conditions are local, the teaching material may have to be specific to the localities. It will lead to certificates and diplomas once the full introductory course has been attended.

The training will then be more specialised by function such as a picker, grower etc. A forum for trainees will be set-up, for which membership is required.
